Before Your Visit

Stay Hydrated: To help us capture the most clear and memorable images, we kindly ask that you begin drinking extra water in the days leading up to the ultrasound and continue the day of your appointment. Staying well-hydrated helps enhance image quality by keeping both you and your baby comfortable and beautifully visible. *For first trimester sessions, please plan to arrive with a full bladder.

Best Moments to Bloom: We offer scans from 8 to 37 weeks, but as baby grows, space becomes limited—making it harder to capture clear images. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling your session before 37 weeks. Find out your baby’s gender starting as early as 15 weeks. *For twin sessions: The best time to capture clear, detailed images is before 28 weeks.

Location
You can find us inside the Shops at Fallen Timbers at 3100 Main Street, Suite 1599 in Maumee, Ohio. We’re located just behind Red Robin, right across from Barnes & Noble, and next to the Welcome Center. Convenient parking is available in Lot D3 for easy access to our boutique.

FAQs

Is this a medical ultrasound? No—our sessions are non-diagnostic and purely for fun, bonding and keepsake purposes. Please continue to see your OB provider for all medical imaging.

Do I need to be under the care of a healthcare provider to book a session?
Yes, all clients must be under the care of a prenatal medical provider. Our elective ultrasound services are not intended to replace medical care- they’re designed to provide a special bonding experience and keepsake memories. We do not perform diagnostic scans or offer medical evaluations.

How far along should I be to schedule my ultrasound session?  We offer scans from 8 to 37 weeks, but as baby grows, space becomes limited—making it harder to capture clear images. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling your session before 37 weeks.

Do I need to have a full bladder? Yes-only if you are coming in before 14 weeks. 

When can I find out the gender of my baby? Gender determination is available starting at 15 weeks.
We also offer fun gender reveal packages to make the moment unforgettable.

What if my baby isn’t in a good position? Don’t worry- we have tips and tricks to help baby move. If your little one doesn’t cooperate the ultrasound technician will offer a complimentary re-check.

Can I bring family or friends? Yes! Our studio is family-friendly and designed to make the moment memorable. You're welcome to bring loved ones, and we offer live viewing monitors so everyone can share the experience.

When is the recommended time for an ultrasound if I’m expecting twins? The best time to capture clear, detailed images is before 28 weeks.

*We understand that every baby is beautifully unique. If your little one isn’t quite ready to show off during your session, we’re happy to offer a complimentary re-scan (at the technician’s discretion). Please note that refunds are not provided.
